All jewellery is described as accurately as possible, including metal types, diamond grades (natural or lab-grown), sizes, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and cancel any orders placed under incorrect terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT as applicable.
We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other trusted UAE-based payment gateways.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order.
Zukti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We offer free express shipping across the UAE.
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, and up to 15-20 days for custom or made-to-order items.
Orders are fully insured in transit. A signature is required upon delivery.
If delivery is refused or unsuccessful after three attempts, return shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewellery in original packaging with all certificates.
Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, and text, is the intellectual property of Zukti Diamond Jewellery and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zukti Diamond Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
