How do I return my order?
- Return window: Within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, with all certificates.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Processing time: Refunds are issued 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
- Shipping: Free express shipping across the UAE.
- Timelines: 1–3 business days for in-stock items; 15–20 days for custom/made-to-order.
- Insurance & signature: Orders are fully insured in transit; signature required on delivery.
- Failed delivery: If delivery is refused or fails after three attempts, return shipping and any customs/fees are deducted from the refund.
Shopping Details
- Currency & taxes: Prices are in AED; VAT included where applicable.
- Payment methods: Major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and trusted UAE gateways. Full payment at purchase.
- Product info: Metals/diamonds (incl. lab-grown), sizes, and pricing are described as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.
- Order confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing an order.
- Order validity: Zukti may cancel/refuse orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
